1. Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid from the date of project handover, confirmed by an official acceptance record.

To ensure warranty eligibility, customers must:

Refrain from unauthorized repairs or replacements without AKIA’s approval.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, overloading, external force, natural disasters, fire, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Issues arising from improper storage or environmental conditions provided by the customer.

2. Warranty Procedure

1. Notification:
Contact AKIA via hotline, email, or directly at our office. Please provide the contract number and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Processing:

  • Within 24 business hours, a technician will get in touch to confirm the issue and schedule an on-site inspection.

  • The technician will assess the situation and identify the root cause.

  • Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible, no later than 72 business hours from the time of notification.

3. Completion:
The customer signs an acceptance record after the repair is finished.

 

3. After-Sales Services

  • Periodic Inspections: Free regular inspections (based on predefined intervals) to detect and resolve potential issues promptly.

  • Consultation: Complimentary consultation on maintenance, repairs, and project upgrades.

  • Exclusive Offers: Preferential rates on AKIA upgrade and expansion services.
